Vanilla Hills Resort

We spent a couple of days unwinding by the lovely pool and enjoying how peaceful the surroundings were, alongside the excursions arranged for most of our stay. The lounge made a great spot for a cocktail before dinner, and both the food and service were top notch. Our beautiful Hibiscus room even gave me bathroom envy. If we make it back to Belize, Vanilla Hills will be high on my list.

We only booked two nights at Vanilla Hills, and now wish we'd stayed longer. The staff were wonderful, and the on-site restaurant was fantastic. The place feels like a luxurious jungle paradise, with monkeys, coatimundi, and loads of birds all around. We'd absolutely come back.

Claudia was so kind and full of helpful tips, and when my father had stomach trouble she even made him a special meal. That thoughtfulness meant a lot. We came as a family from Germany and felt at ease from the moment we arrived. The grounds are beautiful, peaceful, and cared for down to the details. There was lots of wildlife around this beautiful resort, and the hosts were attentive, caring, and very friendly. We loved the creative meals and delicious breakfast, along with the fresh baguettes, breads, and foccacias. The wine selection and cocktails were great too. We’ll certainly come again.
