Tres Cocos Resort

Our unit had plenty of room and everything we needed for a longer stay, and the location, staff, and overall vibe were all great. The one thing I didn’t like was pets relieving themselves on the beach area. Still, it was a great experience and I’d stay again.

The best thing about Tres Cocos is where it sits: close enough to town for shops and restaurants, but far enough from the busy center to be quiet and peaceful. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a patio looking out over the Caribbean. Everyone on staff was kind and helpful. We’re heading to Caye Caulker today after a fabulous stay, and hope to come back someday.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The property is right on the water, near a restaurant on the pier, and the rooms are a good size with full kitchens. The staff were very friendly and even picked us up after our flight into San Pedro. I’d definitely recommend it.

The room was beautiful, and the service was wonderful. Tiaz at Tres cocos the cloisters was especially kind and accommodating. She sent me a long list of excursions and offered to book them. When I called because there were no coffee filters, she was at my door two minutes later with a stack. The toilet leaked, and the tap water was brown and pretty gross. I know it’s an island with rain water and all that, but the filtration needs work, an under-sink purifier seems necessary.
