Twisted Palm Villas

We rented the whole place for a surprise 80th birthday for my mom, and Barb was a champ through all the planning. Joan and Spenser were great hosts, coordinating a fishing trip, a private boat day, and golf cart rentals for everyone. The rooms were clean and well stocked, and we made good use of the pool and rooftop. We’ll definitely be back.

Twisted Palm Villas is right on the water, so early risers can catch the sunrise, and it’s centrally placed for getting to downtown, the airport, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, food trucks, and markets. Joan and Barb were lovely and could arrange pretty much anything, from golf carts and mainland excursions to water outings with Elite Adventures Belize right next door, massages at the hotel, or a private chef. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with nice cool AC. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a full-size fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, and there were grilling tools on the grounds. We also loved the private pool overlooking the ocean. Island life is easier and more enjoyable with that right there. I’d gladly stay again and recommend it to anyone coming to San Pedro.

The pool is gorgeous and looks out over the ocean, with plenty of deck space for sunbathing and steps down to the shoreline. A lovely garden surrounds a spot for cornhole, and a three-story spiral staircase takes you up to a rooftop deck where you can look at the stars and moon over the water. The villas are clean and quiet. You can’t hear outside through the hurricane doors, and they have the appliances you might need to make meals. They also share a list of recommended local businesses. My friends even had a massage therapist come to the beach. Barb was a pleasure to work with and helped take away my nerves about traveling. This was my first time staying off a resort, and I’d highly recommend Twisted Palms. Thanks, Barb!

The staff made everything easy, from booking through arrival, and even sorted out our golf cart rental. We loved the beautiful views and the location at Twisted Palm Villas. It was our first visit in April, but we’re already hoping to come back. Such an incredible place!
