The room was fine for a weekend, and check-in was quick. The receptionist was friendly and polite, and I’d give her service an 8/10, though she seemed unsure when I asked about opening hours and door access. She may still be learning the role. I was taken to my room right after paying, but the interaction could have felt a little more professional, perhaps by addressing guests as “ma’am” or by their last name. The bedsheets and pillows didn’t seem completely clean, and I found a hair in the bathroom that clearly wasn’t mine. Housekeeping could be more thorough. Since my room was near the front desk, I could hear outside music and conversations when the TV and AC were off. The AC reduced the noise, but at night it didn’t cool the room enough, so it felt warm. My stay was acceptable, since I spent most of the weekend in my room, but cleaner rooms, better noise control, and stronger AC would improve it.

Parasasa Hotel made a good base for seeing the island, and the food was great, especially the local dishes. It’s next to the World Trade Center and several other hotels. Public transport is limited, so I’d recommend renting a car. Parking at the hotel is free and easy. The hotel had just been renovated and opened last month, so everything felt fresh. This is a unique learning hotel, and the friendly staff included students who were clearly still learning. That added to the charm. You could feel they were being trained and supported, and everyone wanted to do a good job. Great value for moey. I’d happily stay again.

Parasasa Hotel’s staff were all very kind, and the price felt like excellent value. The pool was nice, if a little smaller than I’d imagined, and the restaurant had a pleasant vibe. I was pleasantly surprised to find Parasasa beach right across the road. Pirate Bay beach, with about four restaurants on site, was nearby too. I’d highly recommend it and can’t wait to return!

Hotel Parasasa is an attractive property, and the staff were courteous, professional, and warm. Their service was satisfactory throughout, and I had a pleasant stay overall. My one concern was the condition of the pool area and lobby, which both seemed insufficiently maintained.

Shaimy deserves a special thank you for always replying promptly with a big smile. We were really pleased and pleasantly surprised by the hotel and its staff. The room was very quiet, right across from the beach, and we’d choose Parasasa hotel again if we return to Curaçao. The only issue we had was the bathroom air circulation.
