Aux Pignons Gite

The hosts were dazzling, funny, thoughtful, and so warm. Everything here competes for your attention: you can watch the sunset from a private wooden dock by the lake, relax in the garden jacuzzi, or use the barbecue and outdoor sofas. Inside, the living room is bright and spacious, with a dining room that has a superb view. There's also an area below the house with a pool table and sauna. Breakfast was hearty and delicious, made to order at home with local products. I loved it, and only forgot to ask for the homemade cereal recipe!

The bedrooms are spacious, and the cottage itself is beautiful, set in a large garden with a jacuzzi, barbecue, and more. It's a peaceful place right by the water. Louiselle and Langis welcomed us wonderfully and did everything to make us feel at home. We'd asked for a light evening meal, and they went out of their way to prepare it. Breakfast was hearty with something for everyone, and they worked tirelessly in their lovely kitchen to make it delicious. I only wish we'd stayed more than one night. I highly recommend the cottage.

The setting is magnificent and there are lots of amenities for guests. Our room was pleasant and comfortable, and the hosts made us feel genuinely welcome. The breakfast was a real bonus, excellent and made with local products.
