Dewar’s inn and Cottages

We took our first look photos with that breathtaking view, then my husband and I said our private vows down by the water on the dock. It was so beautiful, I couldn’t have imagined a better place for it. The Club House Cottage was spacious, with a full kitchen, two living areas, two fireplaces, a decent-sized bathroom, a bedroom, and a futon. There was plenty of space for my bridal party and family to get ready before the wedding. My Maid of Honour’s and I stayed the first night, then my husband and I spent the second night there. It’s also only a five-minute drive to Prescott if you need groceries or anything else. The one thing I didn’t like was the main bed, which was very firm and uncomfortable and definitely affected my sleep. Apart from that, our stay was perfect. Thank you, Dewars Inn!

I leave early, and both times the owners kindly put together a breakfast for me to take with me. This was my second stay at Dewar’s, and I’m a real fan of the place. I’ll definitely be back.

The lake view is stunning, and the service was welcoming and pleasant. The cabin itself felt dated and dusty. With ornaments covering just about every surface, it’s hard to keep the place clean.

We held a staff meeting at this lovely, cozy place, tucked away in a beautiful setting. Thanks to the owner of Dewar's Inn on the river for the warm reception and all the preparation.
