I was only in town for a Leafs and a Jays game, and I don’t drink, party, or have people over. Still, they kept my damage deposit, saying I’d stained a bedsheet. That claim was ridiculous. The suite I got wasn’t even close to the one I booked. I’d chosen the place based on its online photos, then arrived to find I’d been assigned a completely different suite. One of the most disappointing travel experiences I’ve ever had. These people are swindlers.

I booked more than a year ahead, but just a week before my stay they called to say they hadn’t realized the unit was closed. Then I saw it listed as available on their website and other booking sites, for more than twice the price. Now I’m scrambling to find somewhere to stay days before my trip. I wouldn’t trust them with another booking. Unprofessional and untrustworthy company.

A week before we were due to arrive, they canceled the unit we’d booked a year earlier, claiming it was “closed.” But Booking.com still showed it available, at double the price. When Booking.com customer service called, the company was rude to them and lied as well. Don’t book here. They’ll cancel at the last minute if they think they can make more money.
