12 York St Condo - Financial District

There have been multiple reports of shootings, murders, and suicides in Buildings 12 and 14 York. For the sake of your safety and peace of mind, I strongly recommend against living in or considering this building. The elevators have been heavily vandalized, as you can see in the photos I posted. Management seems very poor, and doesn't appear to care about repairs or the property's condition.

The views are fantastic and the location is great. When it's busy, the lifts can mean a queue just to go up, and it isn't unusual for one to be out of order.

The condo was filthy and had health hazards, and the service was horrible. There were used towels, clean towels in the dryer, and sheets there too, so I couldn't tell what we'd slept in. The TV didn't work, a floor panel by the front door had lifted and was a tripping hazard, and the elevators were in disrepair, among other problems. I contacted the property as soon as we arrived, expecting they'd move us to another unit. They didn't seem to care because we'd already paid. They said sorry, told us to fold the towels ourselves, and offered only a late checkout. Disgusting service. Do not stay here.

Radhika Sharma's manner with residents and guests doesn't meet the professional customer service standards I'd expect from a concierge. She isn't consistently polite or calm in her communication.
