Holiday Inn Toronto Yorkdale

I was here for 12 days and had a pretty good stay, better than an average Holiday Inn, I think. There’s a lot on site: bar, restaurant, coffee, pool, hot tub, gym, convenience store, and a small spa. The breakfast buffet was pretty dard good, and plenty of places to eat are close by. Front desk staff were awesome and helped whenever I needed something. Housekeeping also did a nice job, servicing the room early every day so I wasn’t waiting around. There was cold water in the lobby and complimentary bottled water in my room daily. I’d absolutely stay again.

The mall across the street is handy, and the hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable with plenty of amenities. Staff at the front desk were awesome whenever I needed help. My room was serviced early each day, so there was no waiting around for housekeeping. There’s a bar, restaurant, coffee, pool, hot tub, gym, convenience store, and small spa.

We booked the best available room, which turned out to have double beds. I asked whether a king was available and said I’d pay, but they offered to change it to a king at no charge. Great customer service. Their concierge was also on hand with discounts and tourist information for the city. There’s a steakhouse, cafe, pool, hot tub, ping pong tables, spa, and workout room in the hotel. One of the nicest places I’ve stayed, and I’d definitely come back. No complaints at all.

We’ve been coming here for years, and the staff make us feel like family, welcome and appreciated. Even when something comes up, they deal with it right away. Check-in is smooth, the rooms are spacious, and the buffet has superior variety, though it can be a bit pricey. The pool is well maintained, and service and amenities are always superb. If you can get one, the East view is gorgeous. Highly recommended.
