Holiday Inn Toronto - Int'l Airport by IHG

The friendly staff and excellent service made for a very pleasant stay. My room was cleaned daily and kept spotless, and I appreciated the hotel’s attention to guest satisfaction, including its note asking guests to report if a room hasn’t been cleaned properly. I’d definitely stay again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The breakfast buffet alone is worth a visit, and the hostess Sasha was so nice. The wait staff were incredible, too. Rooms were clean, the staff were very accommodating, and the whole stay was great. I highly recommend the hotel.

My room seemed to have old water damage: much of the flooring was lifted or curled at the edges, and there were fresh puddles on a couple of boards. Our flight was interrupted, so we needed a last-minute place to stay. I was glad the HI shuttle still ran every 30 minutes late at night. Rizwan, the driver, was very nice and had a wicked sense of humour despite the late hour and our large group. I really appreciated him.

I was there for a conference, and the hotel’s large ballroom and meeting space worked well. The hotel provided the conference food, which was excellent, catering included. It’s very large and convenient for the airport, although there isn’t much immediately around it, just a few decent restaurants and not a lot else. My 11th-floor room looked onto the parking lot. From the other side you’d get a cool airport view, maybe next time 😉.
