The Parade 1

The building is clean, the staff are great, and the location is hard to beat. But it's loud all the time. You hear everything through the thin walls and the windows and balcony door do nothing to block sound. In summer, music from The Morning After gets unbearably loud, and the neighbors' music comes through too. If you want to party, this could suit you. I need quiet at night, though, and can't wait to leave :)

I've owned a condo here and lived in the building for years. The location is great, and the weekday security staff are amazing, but dealing with management has been horrendous. They've changed the rules repeatedly without warning, and management itself has changed many times. They're rude and disrespectful. Items of mine have been disposed of without notice or consent. When I contacted them thinking it might have been a mistake, they said they'd thrown them away. Most recently they got rid of a sentimental item I can't replace. I reported these thefts to the police.

Great staff and service, and the location is spot on.

The alarm system here is torture. It keeps going off and they don't even shut it down once the emergency is over. I complained and called, but got nowhere. Three hours of the fire alarm going on and off, this is crazy.
