We were able to check in smoothly, and communication was excellent. The suite at Stallion Suites was modern, clean, and very comfortable, with a full kitchen and great amenities. Its location is hard to beat, just steps from the CN Tower and Scotiabank Arena. I'd gladly stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Toronto!

The garage parking was a bit confusing at first, but the staff were extremely helpful throughout. Check-in and checkout were simple and smooth, and the fully equipped kitchen and room had everything we could need. We were pleasantly surprised by the value and service for the price, with a fantastic location and an awesome panoramic view. Staff were responsive and available through chat whenever needed. We'll definitely stay again!

The room never became available as promised, so we made other arrangements. Even after we clearly said we wouldn't stay without the accommodations we'd booked, we were charged for the full stay. When we asked for legal details, they gave us a false owner's name and wouldn't provide an email address. Sketchy from start to finish. We'd booked through Expedia, where this place somehow has an inflated 4+ star rating. Check-in was listed as 4 p.m., and the property explicitly confirmed our request for early check-in between 2 and 3 p.m. That didn't happen. At 4:37 p.m. our room still wasn't ready, and staff tried to put us in a north-facing suite we hadn't booked, calling it an upgrade. It was the same size but had worse exposure and little sunlight, objectively inferior to the south-facing suite we'd paid for. When we pushed back, we were told to wait another 45 minutes, as if our time didn't matter. This was a $7,800 booking for ten days, not a roadside motel. The owner made things worse when he got involved. Instead of fixing the problem, he acted as if he were doing us a favor, compared the property to a “7-star hotel,” and lectured us about how long check-in should take. We've stayed at Four Seasons properties and never had slower communication, poorer service, or so many lies. Stories about traveling the world don't excuse dishonesty, disorganization, or disrespect, and only made it more baffling. They ignored the early check-in promise, misrepresented the room, managed time terribly, and replaced accountability with ego. If transparency, professionalism, and basic hospitality matter to you, I'd strongly recommend booking elsewhere. If you want to live at the circus and deal with clowns who talk down to you, this might be the place. For anyone considering legal action, the business calls itself Imperial Living. Happy litigations ❤️

The location was good, and the beds and kitchen items were clean. But the room wasn't well maintained: blinds were missing, the toilet seat was loose enough to fall off, and the shower and bath tap ran together while showering. The dryer was dirty, the screen door dusty, the fridge smelled funny, and the washing machine didn't work well. The bedrooms also had no doors.

A week before my three-night October booking, Stallion Suites cancelled, saying my credit card was “invalid.” The card was working fine and had plenty of available credit. Expedia was no help, and when I tried to book again, Stallion wanted to charge me three times as much. This was before the Blue Jays made the championships. Total scam, don't book here.
