I won’t be going back. I felt I was being profiled based on how I was dressed. They kept ignoring my calls on the intercom and wouldn’t let me into the parking lot, even though my car was there and I’d already paid. I eventually got in by using another entrance and speaking directly with security. They later admitted they’d seen me on camera but had chosen not to answer the intercom. When I said I’d paid for parking, they just told me, “prove it to me.” It was humiliating and unacceptable. Paying customers shouldn’t be treated this way.

I was just trying to get to the parking lot to pick up my own car. I followed the instructions and called the interphone five times, but nobody answered, so I had to walk to the security office. The staff there said they had seen me the whole time but chose not to open the gate because I had “too much luggage.” The guard questioned me about my empty water bottle, criticized how much luggage I had, and kept asking why I was carrying so many things, even after I explained I’d just checked out of my hotel. He carried on with unnecessary comments and treated me suspiciously for no valid reason. Being judged and interrogated like that was disrespectful and unprofessional. I left shocked and very disappointed with the security team’s attitude and service.

There was human feces and urine on the staircase, and the smell was horrible. Every parking spot had urine on it. I had to hold my breath all the way up to the street. Disgusting. I won’t be back.
