The location was good, but Apt 1002 was dirty and didn't match its description. It had appliances, though the kitchen was poorly equipped: one coffee cup, one knife, and one chair. The view was terrible. There was a washer and dryer, but the owner had put a note on the dryer saying tenants couldn't use it, so that wasn't as advertised.

It's a clean building in a perfect area, with basically everything you need within walking distance. Ed and the security team are lovely, and I've never had a problem with the front desk or management.

The building was great, and there's a security guard in the lobby. I rented an apartment there for a week, and that part could have been better. The location is terrific: about a 15 minute walk to the CN tower, the aquarium, and Rogers center. There's a Starbucks nearby and a Dollar mania across the street.

Everything is close by, from transit, parks, theatres, and top restaurants to the Starbucks and supermarket downstairs. The condo is sleek and modern, and the location is hard to beat.

A handy location at Adelaide & Peter Street, with the familiar Dollarama and Starbucks nearby. Being able to walk to TIFF was especially useful during festival time. 👍🏻 Good place to stay.
