The B&B atmosphere was just right, with clean, cozy rooms, a great breakfast, and wonderfully friendly, helpful staff. Getting downtown by transit was easy, about 20-30 minutes by tram, though it would be a bit too far to walk. I’ll stay here again next time I’m in Toronto.

The breakfast was fantastic, and the guesthouse has a lovely courtyard out back where you can sit when the weather’s good. It’s a great little bed and breakfast, fairly close to downtown Toronto and a lot less expensive than the downtown hotels.

Avoid renting a room here. They’re doing incredibly loud, disruptive construction every day of the week. Locals stuck at home during a pandemic have to listen to grinding machinery for 8 hours a day. Take your money somewhere quieter.

The house manager is charming and detail protected. With its Victorian character, rickety stairs, and porches at both the front and back, visiting this B&B feels like an adventure.

Lovely, clean, and quiet house. It’s not new, but it has plenty of charm. The owner was so friendly, and this was the best breakfast we had on our trip. Great B&B!
