Traveling with a group can be stressful, but the team at Microtel in Aurora made the weekend easy. They opened breakfast early so the kids could eat before their games, kept checking that we were all set, and treated us with warmth and professionalism. Sally and Reggie deserve a big thank you, along with every staff member we met. From the moment we arrived, the front desk made us feel welcome, and that continued throughout the stay. We’ve stayed in plenty of hotels over the years and haven’t had hospitality like this. It was the best experience, truly above and beyond. We can’t wait to come back!

The kids had a great time on the waterslide and in the pool, while the parents enjoyed the hot tub. We held a birthday here for our daughters, and the facility and staff exceeded our expectations. The bright, clean event room was nicely set up, with lots of space for our guests to feel comfortable. Staff were welcoming and very accommodating. Even on a cold day, the clean bathrooms smelled wonderful and were a comfortable temperature. Thanks to everyone at Wyndham Microtel Aurora. I’ll definitely book here again!

The kids had a blast in the pool and on the slide, and the continental breakfast offered a little of everything. Everything was very clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I missed the manager’s name last night, but she was super nice and great with my kids. A lovely little family getaway, five stars all the way.

The rooms aren’t anything special, but we barely spent time in them with the hockey schedule. What made this one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at for a tournament was how welcome the kids were. They could play ministicks in the conference room, and the pool and slide were wonderful. The kids had a great time. We’ve had hotels get upset when children want to play, but this place embraced it. Breakfast was included every morning, which really helps hockey teams, and each child got a care package with small snacks and a water bottle. After a miserable stay at a Hilton, this was a breath of fresh air. I’d recommend this hotel to hockey teams!

Matin was fantastic to deal with and went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. His kindness and professionalism really stood out. Sally and Bryce were also friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to interact with. I had an amazing stay, with top-notch customer service from beginning to end. The whole team’s dedication to guest satisfaction made the experience unforgettable. Highly recommend!
