Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The selection looked simple, but everything tasted good, especially the omelettes, and the restaurant front desk ladies were warm and provided excellent service. The front desk staff at both check-in and checkout were also friendly, efficient, and always smiling, though I didn't get their names. Robinson, who drives the airport shuttle, made a stressful arrival much easier. We had several very heavy bags, and he promptly helped load and unload them with a smile. He was kind, welcoming, and professional, and his hospitality really touched us. It was rare to encounter such a dedicated team across departments. The staff are a real asset to the hotel, and I hope other guests get to meet Robinson and the rest of the team.

Omar and Kenneth were the best part of our stay at the Holiday Inn Vancouver Airport. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel very well looked after and turned a good visit into a great one. We had a great experience and would recommend the hotel, especially because of these two. They're a real asset to the team.
