The staff really made the stay special. Everyone we dealt with was warm, helpful and welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed from check-in through check-out. The property was spotless and well cared for, with thoughtful design that suited the beautiful Banff setting and mountain views. We happened to visit in winter, when the weather was surprisingly warm, which made it even more enjoyable. I’d absolutely stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Banff.

The views from the Gold floor were excellent, and it felt worth the price. The Gold lounge served breakfast from 6:30 to 10:30 a.m. as of the day of our stay, with hors d'oeuvres and desserts in the evening. Our standard Gold room and bathroom were a little small, but comfortable. The staff were approachable and very friendly. They call it the Castle of the Rockies for a reason.
