Karin's suggestions on places to go and things to see helped make our visit memorable, especially since my husband and I tend to travel on a whim. She was very helpful, and breakfast came with delicious homemade fresh muffins. The room was small, but the bed was very comfortable, and we were out seeing and doing things most of the time. Everything downtown was within walking distance. I loved the older home's charm and its early 1900s-style decor. If you like a charming older B&B, this one may suit you.

Karen made us feel welcome and was kind and helpful, with lots of suggestions for places around Banff. The breakfast she freshly made was delicious, and everything was clean and cosy, right by the center. We loved our stay.

Karen was super friendly and even arranged a little birthday cake. We found the breakfast delicious, the location great, and the value outstanding. It's a quirky, smaller-scale B&B in an older house, rather than a hotel. The rooms are small but pleasant. One thing to know: the private bathroom is on the landing outside the room, though it's still private and caused us no problem. Highly recommended.

Freshly baked muffins for our day at the hill were a lovely touch, and the smell of baking lingered through the house. Karin was kind, accommodating, informative, and a great host. The room and private bathroom were very clean, and shops and amenities in downtown Banff were an easy walk away. The breakfast was delicious, and I'd definitely stay here again.
