The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. There's a stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer, TV, WiFi, and most of the other amenities. The mountain is about a 5-10 minute drive away.

The location was convenient, with easy access to Saint Anne Beaupres Basilica and Montmorency, but these are older condos. Our room was clean; the stairwell and windowsills, though, were dirty and covered in spiderwebs. We couldn't get the bedroom TV working, and the living room AC had to be turned off because it made a horrible noise and dripped water. The person on duty couldn't help with either problem.

The slides and pool were the one thing that saved the trip, since my kids loved them. We were 11 people and rented two two-bedroom units. One was in good shape with two bathrooms, but unit 2307 was rough and had just one bathroom. I wish I'd known that before we arrived. There were dirty socks under the sofa bed, and its sheets were dirty and crumpled, like no one had cleaned it. I asked the desk for clean sheets and blankets, but they said they had none and gave us pool towels to use as blankets. The next day they were out of extra towels for my other unit too. I left management a note, but never heard back, and wasn't even sure who the manager was. The units also lacked several amenities I've usually had with RCI. I'd book somewhere else if possible. If you do stay, expect a one- or two-star place. I wouldn't return.

The place felt abandoned by the owners, like they didn't care. The floors hadn't even been mopped, and the bathroom was dusty. We were charged more than $75 a day for service that wasn't provided. Whenever we asked reception something, they said they didn't know. Check how clean your room is before you unpack, and bring your own pillows because these smelled. Think twice before booking.
