Delta Hotels by Marriott Mont Sainte-Anne, Resort & Convention Center

We chose this hotel for my mother's 60th birthday, hoping to make it a smooth, memorable occasion for her and our guests. I organized several rooms for our group, with a booking total above $7,500, and stayed from January 16 to January 18. Unfortunately, the experience left me disappointed, both during the stay and afterward. The rooms weren't clean, the windows let in too much cold, and soundproofing was poor. We could clearly hear the hallway and neighboring rooms, so many guests struggled to rest. Worse, the fire alarms went off repeatedly overnight, around 11 p.m. on the first evening and again at about 2 a.m. on the second. It was stressful and disruptive for everyone, and put me in an embarrassing position as the organizer of such an important family event. Afterward, I contacted customer service about the stay credit and compensation. I appreciate their reply and the goodwill points, but the resolution didn't reflect the size of the booking, the number of rooms, or the effect on what was meant to be a special celebration. I'd expected a high-quality stay for my mother's birthday, and both the visit and the follow-up fell short. I hope the feedback helps improve guest stays and the handling of important group events.

I stayed one night with my wife and son. The room impressed me, it was clean and the bed was really comfortable. I'd stay here again.

The staff were so welcoming and attentive, and that really made our family feel special. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, with plenty of tasty choices. The pool was large, clean, and a hit with kids and adults alike. It's a great place for a family stay, close to beautiful waterfalls and other local attractions while still quiet enough for a restful break. Being connected to the ski resort makes it appealing throughout the year, for skiing in winter or a nature escape in summer. I'd recommend considering it for a Quebec City trip if you want both relaxation and things to do.

We booked the penthouse suite and were sorry we hadn't stayed longer. It was spacious, spotless, and had every convenience we needed. The care put into the resort was easy to see, and we're already planning to come back for ski season. The spa was serene and well kept, and the outdoor hot tub was just what we needed to unwind after exploring. At the restaurant, the food was phenomenal and the atmosphere was lovely, whether we were having breakfast, a cozy dinner, or drinks late at night. Danielle deserves a big thank you for going above and beyond. She was warm and professional, and made our stay memorable. Emile at the bar worked hard too. They'd run out of the maple coffee liqueur I love, Cabot trail, but he found a way to make a delicious shot to go with my iced coffee using what they had. Every staff member greeted us with a hello, good morning, or a wish for a great day. We loved that. Highly recommend this resort for comfort and wonderful service.
