The location was decent and there was plenty of parking, but I wouldn't recommend staying here unless it was my only option. The check-in went smoothly; at checkout no one was at reception, so I had to check out with the girl from the casse-croûte. The place felt very dated, and the beds were hard as a floor. The walls are so thin you hear everything, and despite being a non-smoking establishment, the hallways and rooms reeked of cigarette smoke. For what we paid, I expected more. There was a mini fridge but no iron or ironing board, which seemed odd. It wasn't the worst stay, just not one I'd choose again.

The rooms aren't the best, but they're okay for the price, and I liked the location. We had supper at the bar and restaurant, and the food was really, really good. I wondered if the young waitress might forget part of our order, but she got everything right and brought it in good time. The waitresses were all nice and quick. I'll suggest this place to friends, and I'd stay here again and again.

The staff were really friendly, and the rooms have been renovated recently, which is nice. I still find carpeted floors kind of disgusting. The food wasn't great either, and I really don't recommend the poutines. They might be the worst I've ever tasted. It's an okay place, neither the best motel I've stayed at nor the worst.
