Quality Inn & Suites

The breakfast was okay, but there was only orange juice and a brown juice, no pulp-free option. We were staying here while waiting for my hospital bed. I was sharing the room with the person who booked it, and we had to switch rooms because the mattress springs could be felt, there was no hot water even after running the tap for five minutes, and a closet door was leaning inside the closet. The room we got for the second day was better, but we shouldn't have had to move at all.

Thank God for Christina. I asked her the same questions in the morning and got professional, helpful service. It was a complete day-and-night difference, and I can only imagine what she puts up with. The hotel's been renovated inside and is starting to look really nice, but I'm still looking for another place next time, even if I have to drive farther. I won't put up with being disrespected again. I've stayed here a couple of times, and whenever Kent helps me, I feel like I'm an annoying customer. If I ask or complain about anything with the other workers, they're always kind and willing to help. It's unbelievable that someone so miserable is working customer service. I've never felt so disrespected. If you keep people like that at the counter, customers won't come back to be treated like crap when they speak to him. They'll go somewhere else. He shouldn't be working there. I was also disappointed by the strong smell of cannabis when walking into the hotel.

The amenities worked as advertised, including the pool and jacuzzi, and I was glad the sauna was running too. Rooms were clean and the service was excellent. Breakfast was excellent as well.

The rooms are spacious, but you can hear everything through the paper-thin walls. People were yelling and screaming until 5 a.m. The place needs renovations, and the bathroom sinks don't drain.
