The property itself is beautiful, but the cleaning and supplies need attention. We ran out of toilet paper and had to buy more ourselves, and the kitchen utensils and area under the sink were filthy. The owners should make sure the cleaning crew does a proper job and leaves enough toiletries.

The house is cute and was okay for a weekend, but the beds were all broken and it could have been cleaned much better. There was also a serious leak under the bathroom sink, and the cabinet had actually rotted. I probably wouldn't book this place again.

We had a fantastic stay. The owners were easy to reach and replied quickly to emails and texts, and they always answered calls. The only hassle was locking the doors when we left, since the locks were tricky. Otherwise, it was great.

The property managers charged our card for damage without authorization, even though we had reported the damage at the rental and it clearly wasn't caused by us. Very poor management.

The chalet was spacious and clean, with a lovely view of the mountains and ski slopes. The village and ski lifts were close enough to walk to.
