Exploits Inn and Suites

This is a hostel, not an inn or a suite. It suits a hostel budget, with roommates and a shared kitchen and bathroom. I asked the staff whether it was clean and safe, and they said yes.

The only real drawback is that the place isn't wheelchair accessible, but the good outweighs the bad. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the prices are good. There are also two great restaurants downstairs for hungry travelers. If you stay in Botwood, check it out. If you stop for a room, a home-cooked meal, or tasty takeout, tell them Miles, my grandson, and OldBill, me, recommended it.

We paid a good price for a very clean private room with an ensuite bathroom. The kitchen was tidy and had everything we needed. The river view was an added bonus. Such a gem.

My room had a private bathroom and a lovely seaside view, though not every room does. The shared kitchen, dining room, and living room make it easy to socialize and relax. Rooms are basic, but clean and comfortable. Check in happens at the pizza restaurant downstairs, which might seem surprising, but don't let that put you off. The location is central and good for walking, with Foodland supermarket conveniently close by.
