Sheraton Suites Calgary Eau Claire

Right by the river and close to shops, restaurants, and the best parts of downtown Calgary, the location is perfect. The room was spacious and beautifully maintained, and the amenities were top-notch. Check-in was quick and friendly. What stood out most was the warm, professional staff, always ready to help with a smile. Sheraton Eau Claire exceeded every expectation and made us feel well cared for.

The pool and slide were a huge hit with my three kids, while my husband and I really enjoyed the hot tub. Valet parking was convenient and stress-free. The room was very clean and well maintained, with a comfortable bed and perfect shower pressure. Our family of five stayed to celebrate our child's birthday, and the staff made check-in special by preparing the room for her. Everyone we met was friendly and welcoming. The location was great, just a short walk from Joey’s and the outdoor skating rink on the frozen Bow River. Christmas decor made the whole area feel festive. We'd absolutely stay again and highly recommend this hotel.

We’ve stayed at the Sheraton more than once because it’s right by Prince’s Island Park, and this visit was three nights. The staff were friendly, the restaurant was quite good, and the beds were comfortable. The rooms are a decent size, with large bathtubs, though they could use a refresh. The hallways felt dark and dingy too, and could use better lighting. The local artwork really suits Calgary. I like that it reflects the area instead of looking like typical hotel decor. The location is quiet and lovely, but the Club Lounge was a letdown: breakfast was very limited, and we skipped the evening offerings because nothing appealed. The complimentary coffee machine and pastries were the one bright spot. I’m not sure the Club Lounge is worth the extra cost.

The location is great, right downtown but off a busy street. The room was cozy, and the amenities, minibar, and room service were all amazing. The staff were very accommodating. Getting through the front entrance was my only complaint. You have to zigzag between two automatic sliding doors, with a huge pillar in the middle that makes it ridiculously hard to get across with bags or even on your own. Why not just have a normal door?
