The biggest plus for my family was all the things to do, from pool, ping pong, and shuffleboard tables to a comfortable theater, the river, and plenty more. We spent two nights here, and it raised my expectations for what a B&B can be. Breakfast was amazing, and the rooms were quiet and comfortable. Noble House is on a quiet cul-de-sac, so we felt safe, yet it’s only a couple of minutes from downtown. There’s also a small kitchen.

The games room, kitchen, home theatre, outdoor games, and restful riverside setting made this much more than a bed and breakfast. My friend and I took a road trip at the beginning of June and stayed at Noble House B&B on the recommendation of friends who were building a house in Grand Forks and had stayed there over the past two years. Sean & Kathy and their family were a delight: kind, friendly, humorous, and very hospitable. We had such a good time talking with them. The home is well designed, and it’s one of the best B&Bs I’ve stayed in. The lovely bedrooms each have a very comfortable bed, a large bathroom with a soaker tub, and a separate large shower. Breakfast was delicious, perfectly cooked, and had lots of choices. We’ll definitely stay again. It was a lovely experience. Thank you so much, Sean & Kathy!

Justin and Shauna were fantastic hosts, generous with their space, and their dogs were beautiful. The breakfast was killer, and I loved hanging out with them. My parents talked with them for hours, lol. There’s a river view, a hot tub, and loads to do: a huge home theatre, ping pong, pool, shuffleboard, bocce, and giant chess. Think of something and they probably have it.

This was the best place we found on our 30 day tour of Alberta and BC. The riverside setting has a games area, hot tub, and pool, and inside there’s a cinema, pool table, table tennis, shuffleboard, and more. The house is lovely and well located, with large comfortable rooms and several breakfast choices served whenever you want. A friendly, helpful couple manage the excellent guest facilities.

We felt right at home at Noble House Bed and Breakfast, with privacy when we wanted it and company when we felt sociable. Sean and Cathy Noble were incredibly hospitable and always attentive to guests’ needs. My husband and I were in Grand Forks for a family wedding, and our niece booked us three nights there. The house is amazing, almost castle-like. We stayed in the “Romance” room, a huge space with a king bed and TV, plus a bathroom with a soaker tub and the largest open shower I’ve ever seen. Downstairs, there are guest bedrooms and an enormous shared area with high ceilings, a kitchen, full size snooker table, table tennis, shuffleboard, fooseball, and a sitting area with a TV. There are too many indoor things to list. Outside you’ll find a hot tub, bocce pitch, large chess set, seating, and more. Breakfast was amazing, with a choice of delicious items. I highly recommend this B&B, 10 out of 10!
