The room was modern, clean, and quiet, and staff helped with all our concerns. The property seems well managed, with warm and welcoming people, especially the manager and guest service agents Shree and Mariia.

We were there for a lapping weekend at Motorsport and got a great welcome when we arrived. Since we had to leave early, the night auditor offered to arrange breakfast boxes for us. He’s a real asset to the hotel and made the stay very pleasant. Thank you very much.

The rooms are decent, but the hallways are hot, humid, and smelly. The thermostat controls in the room lock out user options, so it stays too warm and you end up sleeping outside the sheets. It’s the usual low-end hotel experience, though I guess saving a few bucks is worth it?

No complaints from me. I had a large, clean room and a quiet night’s sleep, plus free parking and a nice hot breakfast at no charge.

Our room door was left wide open when we arrived, which was completely unacceptable for guest safety and security. Inside, there was what looked like a blood stain on the mirror. Disgusting and disturbing. On top of that, both of our credit cards were charged for the same stay. We spoke with staff and managers repeatedly, but no one seemed able to fix it. They removed the pending charge from one account, then put it back the next day, leaving us double-charged again. The lack of cleanliness, professionalism, and accountability has been outrageous and beyond frustrating.
