The hotel is spotlessly clean, with a distinctive design that gives it plenty of character, and the location is very convenient. I felt genuinely welcomed during my stay. Special thanks to Jorge at the front desk for being so kind, professional and helpful. I'm very grateful for the hospitality and the experience at Swans Hotel.

The location is great, and the staff are friendly. The rooms are very large and good for the price, though they felt dated and could use a bit more polish and better finishing to make them more appealing.

The full kitchen is always a real plus, and the service and location are great. The rooms do get very hot in summer because there's no air conditioning. I understand that adding it would mean a major renovation. Also, the stairs inside the suites are a bit taxing if you have bad knees. It's still our favorite hotel in Victoria.
