The room was very clean and a good deal, with a basic setup plus a small kitchenette area with a sink. The location is handy, with two restaurants, a gas station, a liquor store, and McDonald’s all about a two-minute walk away. The pool and bed were the weak points. The pool was very cold on our first night, and the waterslide is so fast our small child couldn’t use it. The mattress was kind of hard and not the best quality.

Sarah at the front desk was easily the best staff member I’ve ever met at a hotel, and we stay at a lot each year. It was busy at check-in, and she was also checking people in and out of the pool, but she handled it all quickly and cheerfully, with a smile and a great attitude.

The rooms were very quiet, and ours was clean, although the counters could have used a better wipe. Staff were friendly and gave us helpful information about getting around the area. Our room was spacious, with a good-sized bathroom and a kitchenette that had just what we needed. We didn’t have time to try the pool or gym, so I can’t comment on them, but I liked having the option to use both.

We had a good stay, and the room easily fit our family of five. The kids liked the breakfast. The pool was closed, but since it’s a sister company, we were able to use the Ramada’s pool instead.

We were on the third floor in a well-laid-out room with a king bed, fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. The laundry room could use an update, but the machines worked fine. We didn’t use the pool, and we’d definitely stay again.
