Wanda at the front desk made our hockey weekend feel special. She was so warm with every one of us that the whole team took to her, and we looked forward to seeing her each day. This has become one of my favourite hotels, and I can’t wait to come back. Thanks for everything, Wanda, you’re a gem!

We had a lovely one-night stay with two adults and four grandchildren. The kids especially enjoyed the breakfast host making them a balloon animal, such a small extra, but it made the visit better than we expected. Our room was roomy and comfortable, with two queen beds, a queen pull-out sofa, and two TVs. We’ll be back.

Wanda at the front desk was a delight, and we had some great laughs with her. The rooms were very clean, the property was well kept, and the beds were decent. Breakfast was hot, though they had a bit of trouble keeping everything stocked. We’d come back if we’re in town again. Thanks!

The front desk staff were usually on their phones or iPads in the closet and weren’t very friendly. The woman who checked me in was lovely and gave me tips on places to eat, but the others seemed like they hated their jobs. My room’s shower barely worked, with water just dribbling from half the showerhead, and the second-floor carpets were stained and smelled strange. The internet was so slow that Netflix wouldn’t even load on my phone. I’d recommend staying at the Super 8.
