Bramalea Retirement Residence

Since Mom moved into Bramalea Retirement Residence last November, we’ve been happy with the experience. The PSW’s are caring, friendly people who do a fantastic job, and the food program is delicious. There are fun daily activities, and everyone is friendly. Knowing Mom is happy and well cared for has made life easier for all of us. The staff, care team, and atmosphere at BRR have all been great. Thank you, everyone at BRR.

My mother was only at Bramalea Retirement Residence for six months, and the team stayed by her side until the very end. She arrived in critical condition, disoriented after leaving her home environment, and scared. The entire care team welcomed her and supported and cared for her in many ways. We ultimately chose a home in another city for my parent, but Eleanor was a pleasure to speak with. She is the contact for room viewings, pricing, and similar questions, and she was kind, patient, and available to answer all the questions that come up when you’re new to finding a retirement community for a parent. She kept helping even after we chose elsewhere. Friends of mine have relatives at this home and are very happy with their care. That was one reason we contacted them first. If Brampton is a possible option for your parent or loved one, I’d recommend checking it out.

His stay was a temporary step in his journey, but the support gave us peace of mind during a difficult time. From the start, we were met with understanding, kindness, and professionalism. The team worked hard to keep him safe and treated him with dignity and compassion.
