Hyatt Place Toronto - Brampton

That little gesture with the shoes really stuck with me. The TV in our room wasn’t working, so we called the concierge, and Harshil came up to fix it. He noticed our shoes by the door and took his own off before coming in to help. He was kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and he was also the polite, lovely person we’d spoken with by phone when we called to confirm our online reservation. My partner and I had decided on a weekend here on a whim after a long, stressful week. The woman working the next morning was lovely and generous too, though I’m sorry I’ve forgotten her name. We stay in hotels often, but haven’t experienced kindness like we did from Harshil and his team at Hyatt Toronto/Brampton. The hotel was clean and had great amenities and rooms, but the staff, especially Harshil, made the stay worth it. It’s become our favourite hotel, and we’ll be back. Thank you, Harshil. I hope you get the recognition you deserve.

Priyanka made check-in easy. She was kind, professional, and efficient, and her big warm smile whenever she greeted us really made our day and helped us feel valued. The rest of the staff were welcoming too. Hyatt Toronto Brampton was clean, well cared for, and comfortable from the moment we arrived. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it. Looking forward to coming back!

We arrived around 8 pm and were given the last room available in that category, but it was still in great shape, with everything working and no compromises. That’s rare in my experience with last-minute rooms at other hotels, which haven’t gone well. The room was clean and well organized, and the staff were VERY welcoming, especially Harshil and another girl whose name I don’t know. No complaints at all. Hyatt exceeded what I expected from the market. Loved our one-night stay, and I’ll definitely recommend the Hyatt Place team and come back.

Monica in the dining area was amazing, and Priyanka at reception was attentive and a great help. The service really stood out. We had a wonderful stay at Hayat Place in Brampton, Toronto. The staff were caring, friendly, and always smiling, and our room was spotless and spacious, making it comfortable and welcoming. I’d highly recommend Hayat Place for a clean stay with genuinely friendly staff.
