10/10
The self check-in was easy, with the owner/manager sending entry details close to arrival, and communication was good. The location is convenient for downtown, with free, safe parking at the back of the building. My renovated room, including the washroom, was nice. There was a small desk for work, strong Wi-Fi and a TV with lots of channels. I was pleasantly surprised and would stay again.

The rooms are nicely renovated and the location is great. The problem was the strong cigarette smell from long-term tenants smoking in the building. I woke up completely congested from it. It’s a nice place, but I couldn’t return if the smoking kept up like that.

A clean-looking place that seems newly renovated, and very affordable. A good option for an overnight stay in the area.
