Hampton Inn by Hilton Brockville

The gym was unreal, with lots of space, clean machines, and very up-to-date equipment. There was a smaller pool too, and the rooms and breakfast area were very clean. Breakfast was pretty typical for a hotel. We thought the place was brand new, but it actually opened in 2020, and it's been maintained really well. My only annoyance was finding just body wash and shampoo in the shower. The manager said Hilton had removed conditioner from rooms, which made no sense to me. I'd take out the body wash and keep shampoo and conditioner together. He did give me tubes of conditioner, so it was fine, though different from other hotels I've stayed at. I'd stay again.

The complimentary breakfast had a great range, from flavored waffles, sausage, and eggs to banana bread and fruit. You can also get coffee in the lobby any time of day, with three different brews to choose from. The hotel was spotless, and all the staff we met were polite and professional. My partner and I wanted a local getaway, and this worked perfectly. It's very convenient too, with a smart centre and all kinds of stores just a minute's walk away. Thanks Hampton Family!

Check-in was quick and the service was very friendly. The king bed in our room was really comfortable, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. The price was very reasonable, and breakfast had lots of options for a hotel breakfast. I'll try the pool next time.

We found it hot in our room, and couldn't seem to get the temperature below 21.6. They offered to move us, but we didn't bother. The hotel itself was great, comfortable and clean, with a good price and a great breakfast in the morning.
