Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Brockville by IHG

The staff helped make our two-night stay a great one. An older woman was especially kind and asked my daughter about her dance competition, and a younger staff member at breakfast was friendly and spoke French, which we appreciated. The pool had lots of towels and was open from 6am to 10pm. There wasn't a hot tub, but that was fine for us. We booked a suite with two queen beds and a pullout couch for our family of five. It was clean and roomy, with two TVs, a mini fridge, a sink, and a microwave. Breakfast was included and simple, but had what we needed: egg sandwiches, juice, fruit, waffles, toast, yogurt, and more. The hotel is near plenty of restaurants, and we'd stay here again if we come back to Brockville.

The breakfast at Holiday Inn Express Brockville is top-tier, and Trish is a big part of why. Even in the morning rush, she kept the food fresh and the area spotless, while being attentive and genuinely warm. She made us feel welcome, and shared useful information about places to visit during our stay.

We were driving to Ottawa during a snowstorm and stopped here for the night. Being right beside the 401 made it a convenient place to rest before getting back on the road. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Janette. Our room was cozy, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was better than we expected. I'd definitely consider returning.

Breakfast was good, and MR.Thane was really polite and made sure everyone had a good meal. The room was okay, but it faced the highway, so I heard traffic all night. Other guests had dogs, and I could hear them too. People with dogs should be put in one section instead of beside other guests.
