The F1 weekend touches were a lot of fun: a complimentary morning shuttle for fans, welcome decorations in the lobby, and a personalized greeting in our room. Management handled the race weekend thoughtfully, and the team clearly wanted guests to enjoy themselves. Véronique stood out from the moment we arrived with a warm welcome, and she kept making sure we had what we needed throughout the stay. Everyone we met was friendly. We were there for the 2026 F1 Grand Prix. There were plenty of shops and restaurants just steps away, and the nearby REM light rail made getting into Montreal easy. We'll definitely return.

We came for my husband's aunt's wake and funeral, and the staff made a hard time much more comfortable. Our room may have been an upgraded or deluxe room with a city view. It was incredibly clean, the view was wonderful, and it had what we needed: lots of hot water and towels, coffee, a microwave, fridge, utensils, plates, a hair dryer, an iron, and places to hang clothes. I thought a full-length mirror was missing, then found it on the back of the bathroom door when it was closed. The blackout curtains were great. It was easy to walk to breakfast and other restaurants, with plenty of shops and a Walmart next door. There was also free parking across the street in a garage. We'd highly recommend the hotel and thank the staff for making our stay as good as possible under the circumstances. If we're in the area again, we'll stay here.

The staff were the best, especially at the front desk and the people who brought food to my room. Check-in, checkout, room service, and valet all went smoothly. There's an automatic tip charge to the room, which was handy since I didn't need cash. I was traveling solo, in my 30s, and only spoke English. I felt safe and had no trouble communicating. The hotel is in a lovely shopping area, and I plan to come back. I stayed two nights and loved the room and view, the big window, see-through shower wall, lounge couch, and comfortable bed. The mini fridge didn't work well, but I didn't use it. I could hear hallway noise, though it didn't bother me personally. Having to use the room card for electricity was a clever touch. Dinner was pulled pork with dessert, and I tried both American and European breakfast options. Everything was delicious. There's a cute lobby shop where I bought souvenirs. I didn't eat at the restaurant, but it seemed popular. A separate entrance might help when the lobby gets hectic with a crowd, but it wasn't a big deal.

We stayed on the 16th floor for three weeks. The room was clean, the view was great, and the service was amazing. One of the best hotels to stay at in Brossard.

The breakfast buffet in the hotel restaurant is well worth trying, with plenty of fresh fruit, baked goods, and cooked food. This is a modern, trendy place in a large shopping area with restaurants, stores, and a movie theater all within walking distance. The staff were polite, and someone who spoke English was always available, which I appreciated as a non-French speaker. I've stayed twice for business because it's close to my company. There are accessible parking spots and EV charging right in front of the lobby, which I used. The big garage has free underground parking, but I couldn't work out where hotel access was. Since I don't read French and the signs were all in French, I couldn't figure out where to park in the garage. I need accessible parking, and in winter I had to deal with snow and ice by parking outside. The rooms have an unusual layout with a desk and office chair. The desk rolls so you can move it closer to or farther from the window, or sit at the built-in wooden bench. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the blackout shades helped me sleep. Both rooms had a small loveseat, but it was too low and uncomfortable, making it hard for me to sit or stand with mobility issues. The rooms were about 95% clean. On my second visit I found a used nose strip on the shampoo in the shower. Full-size toiletries were a big plus. I stayed a week and didn't need daily housekeeping. I left the Do Not Disturb sign up, but the front desk texted me every day to ask if I needed service. On day three I asked them in person to stop contacting me unless the sign was off the door. At my second stay they asked for my cell number at check-in. I thought it was a standard contact detail, but then got unsolicited texts about housekeeping and hotel bar and restaurant events. I was working in the office and had to reply that I didn't need service. Guests should be asked if they want hotel texts.
