The wedding weekend at the Pearle Hotel was beautifully organized, with a stunning view and delicious food that was perfectly cooked for all the guests. It all went smoothly, and I hope the bride and groom got the weekend they deserved. My wife and I were honoured to be part of the wedding party for close friends, so we stayed at the hotel. Everyone we dealt with, from the front desk and valet to the cafe staff, was friendly and provided top-notch service. The pool, sauna, and gym were immaculate, and the whole venue has a real sense of class. I’d highly recommend it for a Burlington stay.

The pool looked sleek and modern, and the harbour view from our very modern room was incredible. Guest service was amazing throughout my staycation at The Pearle Hotel & Spa, Autograph Collection. The pool area could have been cleaner. Quite a few wet, used towels stayed on the chairs, and dirty water glasses weren’t cleared regularly. That was my only criticism. Otherwise, I had a fantastic experience and would happily come back.

The staff handled an item we accidentally left behind with real honesty and professionalism. They kept it secure and made it very easy to get back, which we appreciated a lot. The stay at The Pearle Hotel & Spa, Autograph Collection felt special from the start. Before we arrived, the communication was excellent, and our requests and needs were taken care of so well that everything felt easy and stress-free. Our room was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, and the hotel’s atmosphere added to the experience. The service exceeded our expectations, and we’d highly recommend the hotel for a beautiful, well-managed stay.

We booked four spa appointments and they were to die for. For our wedding, we also got a suite upgrade and arranged a room block with help from Nicolette Dabey. I think they gave us the biggest balcony possible, and Nicolette was a treat to deal with. They sent up a congratulations cake and helped us on the day without hesitation. We had a small wedding elsewhere, not at the hotel, but they treated us just like the other groups. I’d recommend this hotel to everyone, and we’ll be back every year for our anniversary.

The spa was amazing, especially the relaxation lounge, and I had one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Isabelle is a beautiful setting for a special occasion dinner, though prices are on the high side. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and beautiful, with excellent service from very attentive staff. Our studio suite was a bit small, but the complimentary snacks and drinks in the room were appreciated. The pool is adults only from 11 am to 5 pm. Outside those hours, it gets busy with hotel kids. Good stay, and I’d return.
