I got unlucky renting here, but at least I didn't buy lol. The concierge service was superb, especially Mohammed, Clint, and the weekend teams. The place was also cleaned extremely well. The heating and AC problems went on for six months, followed by another heating shutdown when it was -37 outside. That's unacceptable. The property management company, ‘first service residential’, wasn't capable of fixing issues and wasn't trained in customer service either. Combined with the ‘board of directors’ saying ‘we are just volunteers’, it made for a terrible experience. The fire alarm is synced between the office and residential buildings, so when it's tested, sirens sound in both buildings for two hours. If you're thinking of buying here, expect problems that may not be resolved promptly and to be ignored with an attitude of ‘how dare you even to ask why heating isn’t fixed for 6 month’.

The apartment itself was in exceptional condition, and if you're in town for Stamped, the location is ideal, about a 5-minute walk to the park. But the room curtains barely block any light, so morning sun around 5:00 am is annoying even if you're not a light sleeper. The checkout instructions turned this into a one-star experience. The manager who gave us the key said to leave it in a drawer and go when we checked out, which is exactly what we did. But in the lobby we discovered the key was needed to enter the parking lot, and we couldn't get back upstairs because the elevator also required it. The building manager in the lobby said he knew nothing about rentals and couldn't help. I tried calling Suite Digs Arriva for about half an hour, but the line was always busy. We were literally stuck in the lobby. To get out, we had to beg the building manager to let us back into the room for the key. I used it to reach the parking lot and drive out, then parked in a restricted area because there was no public parking nearby. I ran back through the building, returned the key to the drawer, and hurried back to the car hoping I wouldn't get a ticket. Fix the checkout process ASAP. Until then, I'd tell anyone considering this apartment to avoid it.

The building’s design is impressive, but the noise from Cowboys is constant and carries into the units.

I liked the safety setup, especially the doors that need a second try when you exit. The condo building is beautiful, and the elevators are quick.
