The calm, quiet atmosphere made it easy to unwind and sleep, even though the hotel is conveniently located. Its clean, inviting common areas and European-inspired style gave the place more of a boutique feel than a standard hotel. My room was spacious, spotless and thoughtfully laid out, with a very comfortable bed. Housekeeping kept it feeling fresh and well cared for. The service made the stay feel personal. Staff were courteous, attentive and seemed to care about guests' comfort. At check-in, the friendly, professional team made everything smooth, and the little touches and conversations added to the welcome. Camrose Le Chateau Hotel is beautiful and well maintained. My stay was outstanding from beginning to end, and it exceeded my expectations. I'd absolutely return and recommend it to anyone visiting Camrose, for work or leisure.

That little black cat mascot was adorable and seemed to bring some extra luck. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the room was very clean. The hotel's atmosphere really made travelers feel at home.

The front desk service was good and the location in Camrose town was nice. I hope they'll pay more attention to the bedsheets. I'll think twice before staying at Le Chateau Hotel on my next visit to Camores.

A nice bonus was the little lounge and restaurant that opened in the hotel in December 2024. If I return to Camrose, I'll definitely stay here again. Staying here also means supporting local people instead of a large corporation. The rooms were clean and updated, and the staff were very friendly. The elevator's a bit old, but it seemed to work better than any newer one I've used. They don't make them like they used to 😆. You might get a greeting near the front desk from Ghost, an old beauty of a cat, though he mostly keeps to himself.
