The heated underground garage was a real plus during winter. It had plenty of parking and even a car wash bay with soap, rags, and a high-pressure hose. I spent five nights at the Blackstone Hotel after booking about a month ahead. My suite's full kitchen mattered to me, and it had the cookware, utensils, and appliances needed to make meals properly. Check-in was quick and professional, about five minutes from entering the lobby to getting into the room. The room stayed clean, quiet, and comfortable temperature-wise, with good enough sound insulation and consistent housekeeping. After full ski days, I appreciated the deep soaking tub. The outdoor hot tub was well maintained and warm, though its jets did not have much pressure. An adults-only hour from 9:00 to 10:00 p.m. could make the evenings more relaxing. The amenities and upkeep matched what I'd expect at this price, and service was reliable. I'd return without hesitation.

We chose Blackstone for a board retreat, and the whole stay went smoothly. The food was a highlight, well prepared and just what we needed during a packed day of meetings. Rooms were clean, roomy, and comfortable, so we could relax and get work done. The location was solid too. I'd gladly use it again for another retreat or a getaway.

The mountain view is lovely if you book one of those rooms, and I think it makes up for hearing a little highway traffic. The hotel was clean and spacious, apart from a fraying patch of carpet near the living room couch. Downtown is a bit far on foot, though the walk would be pleasant in warmer weather. I'd stay again and recommend it.

Scarlette left chocolates and a card in the room when I made a last-minute birthday reservation. That personal gesture, along with the staff going out of their way to help throughout the stay, made it lovely. The room was spotless, and the beds were firm but comfortable. It's a quiet location without train noise, and close to free local transit. I'd happily come back and recommend it to friends.

My girlfriend and I stayed from February 27th to March 7th for our second anniversary, and we loved the place. Waking up to that amazing view was a treat, and the staff were quick to help with anything we asked. Our room was cleaned every day, which we appreciated. The only small downside was how crowded the pool and hot tub area could get, with loud kids splashing in the tub.
