The front desk staff made our birthday stay feel really special. When we got back, there was a surprise waiting for us, and they went out of their way to make it happen. We wish we found service like that everywhere we travel. This was our second visit to Falcon Crest Lodge, and it’s still our favorite place in the area. The two-bedroom, two-bath units have lots of space and a nice layout, with plenty of towels and even a big fan. The showers are fantastic, too, with four spray settings. And those views of The Rocky Mountains are spectacular.

The room was spotless, and having underground parking made things easy. We also really appreciated the full kitchen. Falcon Crest Lodge is a short drive from the Canmore Nordic Centre, and some good places to eat in town are an easy walk away. There’s a Japanese restaurant in the building called Dingsway. It’s on the pricey side, but the food was authentic and delicious, so we thought it was worth it. We had a super clean, comfortable stay and a fantastic two days. We’d absolutely come back.

We live in Calgary and usually stay in Banff or nearby, so Canmore was new for us. We had a fantastic time at Falcon Crest Lodge and would love to return. Our room had a king bed, a cozy fireplace, two big TVs, robes, and a large bathtub. The kitchen was stocked with every accessory we could think of, and there was a BBQ as well. A washer and dryer made it easy to see how we could stay for longer and be comfortable. We tried one of the two onsite hot tubs, and it was very nice and well maintained. The lodge is close enough to Canmore’s town centre to be convenient, but the area is still quiet. I’d absolutely recommend it.

The location worked well, about a 15-20 minute walk into town. It was far enough away to avoid the crowds but still walkable. Our room had a great view, and the rooms themselves were nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the outdoor hot tubs, though we wished they were a little deeper and warmer. Those weren't deal breakers, and we’ll definitely be back.

We booked a Deluxe Room for the weekend and got a complimentary upgrade to a one-bedroom suite, which we were delighted with. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The balcony had a breathtaking view, and soaking in the hot tub while looking at the mountains was a highlight. We had an amazing stay and would definitely return.
