The owners were helpful with ideas for restaurants, activities, and hikes, and the coffee was ready each morning. The bachelor suite had a double bed, an extra cot, a bar fridge, microwave, toaster, and kettle. Towels were clean, the bathroom was nice, and there was a small desk. It’s a smaller space than a typical hotel room. There’s a pleasant little backyard spot to relax, and a few restaurants and bistros are nearby across the highway and up the hill. It’s probably not an easy walk to the action in downtown Canmore. I’d come back, but only if I couldn’t find a better price. At $175 a night for two nights, I thought it was steep for what you get, especially without breakfast.
