Best Western Belleville

The staff were courteous, and the hot breakfast was full. I slept really well in a perfect bed. The one thing I didn't enjoy was the omelette patties: dry, with a frozen taste. Scrambled eggs might have been better, but that wasn't what they served during our visit.

We've stayed here twice now and both visits have been great. The location works well, with restaurants, shops, and gas stations close by. After traveling all day with young kids, getting a glass of wine at the little lobby bar right after check-in feels pretty much necessary! The waffle bottle did pour out some nasty liquid, so I think it was old, but staff fixed it quickly. We'll keep coming back for our halfway stop on the way to MTL. Thanks, Best Western!

During a hockey tournament, the security guard was looking around corners to watch 13 and 14 year old girls. There was also a 10 pm curfew. The rooms were bad, the air conditioning was terrible, and the pool was disgusting. The hot tub was good, but everything else sucked. I really appreciated the hotel across the street, where the service was much better and security wasn't chasing young girls. Please fire that security guard. I do not recommend this hotel.

The beds could be larger, but the hot tub is really nice and makes up for it. Breakfast was awesome, especially the fresh waffles, and the EV charging station worked great. The hotel is conveniently located by the highway.
