Not a good place for families. The office workers are crooked and lazy, the pool management is terrible, and fire alarm tests go on nonstop. Rent also went up by more than $100, and they auto-renewed without consent.

The location puts you right in the heart of Montreal. The apartments are neat, clean, and fully furnished, and maintenance is available whenever you need it. The amenities are great too, including bike parking in the garage.

The management made our stay especially easy. During the initial 14-day quarantine, they brought every grocery or food delivery parcel to our door, and everyone we dealt with was extremely polite and willing to help. When cancellations pushed our travel back by a week, they offered to extend our stay without extra fees. We spent three weeks here with our daughter and wife after traveling from India, while looking for a new flat to lease. Our junior studio was cozy and had a great window view, a comfortable bed with two extra blankets, and a sofa that opened into another bed. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the utensils were clean. The property was very clean and felt safe, and the location was very good. It worked really well for us as a family. Big thanks to Mr. Eric and everyone else there.

I lived here for a year and loved it. The pool is nice, the elevators work well, and the place is clean and organized. The staff are some of the kindest you'll find. Renovations have been dragging on, and construction has taken over parts of the hallways, but it hasn't really been a problem and should be finished soon, leaving a nice renovated look. There's a good 24-hour pizza place just around the corner. Recommend!
