Motel Chandler

It was clean, and both the room and bathroom were bigger than average. The bed and pillows were just average, though, and the attention to detail felt lacking. There’s potential here, but little things you’d expect at a cheap hotel chip away at the quality of the nicer parts. I’d stay again if I had to, but next time I’m in the area I’ll probably try somewhere else.

The trail was groomed right up to the parking lot, which made our March 2022 snowmobile trip easy. We booked the package with dinner, a room, and breakfast. The food was fantastic and the portions were generous. The restaurant and lobby staff were excellent. They’re working hard here, especially with Covid making things difficult. We’ll come back.

The bath was the only good part for me. The receptionist was rude and spoke no English, and we got a top floor room in a building without an elevator. With heavy bags, that meant two trips. The furniture was old, and we drove to another hotel for food. Don’t waste your time or money.

The service was good, and the motel was nice. My room was quite spacious and had a small jacuzzi. The restaurant was nice too, though only a few people speak English.
