The suite felt like an apartment, with two bedrooms upstairs and the kitchen on the main floor. It was okay, though the carpets and floors could have been cleaner. The owner was friendly and quick to respond, and even arranged laundry for a reasonable price. There’s a grocery store, LCBO, and a cute park with pretty flower gardens a short drive away. I walked my small dog in the park.

There’s lots of space, and the staff are really friendly and keen to help. Still, things could use some attention: rusty items, peeling paint, and broken things, plus cleaning could be better. I found hairs on the beds and towels, and the cups in the cupboards didn’t look clean. Maybe the owner is new and fixing things up gradually. I’d come back if I had to stay in Chapleau, though I might try somewhere else for comparison first.

We stayed for two nights on a staycation and had a great time. There was plenty of room to relax, and the beds and towels were clean and comfortable. We’ll definitely do it again.

The rooms are clean and spacious, and their apartment style works well for families or longer stays. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, with the living area on the main floor. You won’t find a luxury resort in Chapleau, but I recommend this place for its service, cleanliness, and comfort. Customer service is exceptional too. Just ask if you need anything, and it’ll appear.
