Hyatt Place Windsor

I wasn't a guest here because the rooms had sold out before I booked for a wedding nearby, but I spent time with hotel guests in the room and at the bar. AFREAN made the weekend even more memorable. Her service was so fabulous that I had to leave a review. She deserves a raise and a pizza party! The hotel and rooms are beautiful, elegant, thoughtfully designed, and very clean. I heard the breakfast was delicious and is free for guests. I was with a particularly rowdy group, and AFREAN handled them so well. Her cocktails were delicious and made with love. She gave people the attention they needed, often anticipating it while also looking after other guests. The lobby bar gave my friends and me a safe spot to wind down before bed. Thanks for helping make this a weekend I'll remember forever!

The beds were a highlight for me, comfortable without being too soft or too firm, and the rooms have proper blackout roller shades. I also liked the sofa bed sitting area, which gives you somewhere to eat or hang out and offers extra sleeping space if needed. The hotel feels clean and well cared for throughout. The gym has several cardio machines and a good range of dumbbells, enough for a real workout, and the heated pool has loungers for relaxing. We had an excellent meal at The Placery, and the bar and lounge are surprisingly nice. There's complimentary breakfast too. Hyatt Place Windsor is modern, clean, and full service, and I'd highly recommend it.

Both the daytime and evening front desk women were warm and welcoming from the start. The hotel seems new, and the clean rooms, comfortable beds, and very good breakfast selection backed that up. We stayed for a weekend and were definitely pleased. It's affordable, comfortable, and an easy place to stay when you're in the area. Highly recommend.

This was my first stay here, for a business trip, and the room cleanliness and hotel amenities went beyond what I expected. The front desk staff were professional and accommodating. I'll definitely come back.
