Holiday Inn Express & Suites Chilliwack East by IHG

Bailey welcomed me so warmly and was incredibly professional and efficient. The hotel was very clean, and my room was tidy, cozy, and just what I wanted. The bed was comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. The breakfast staff were friendly and welcoming, too. I can't remember the name of the wonderful woman at checkout, but she was incredible as well. Kudos, and thank you. I'll definitely stay again.

We spent 3 nights on the 4th floor, arriving late for check-in. The staff welcomed us warmly even at night and thoroughly explained the room and its many amenities, including the 24 hour gym and coffee and tea. They treated us exceptionally well throughout our stay. The bed and dreamy pillows were the most comfortable I've ever slept on. The shower had wonderful pressure and warmed up quickly, which I always appreciate. Breakfast was amazing every day, with different options. We'll only stay here from now on.

Gwen in the kitchen really stood out. She was friendly and went above and beyond for everyone she met. The hotel also provides ear plugs for rooms facing the highway. I'd read a review about that and was glad to see they'd listened to customers. Our family enjoyed the stay. The place was clean, friendly, and very accommodating. Parking was tight for our SUV, making it tricky to get in and out, though I understand that may be outside the hotel's control. We'll be back for sure. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

The staff were really friendly, and I always enjoyed the breakfast. My issues were the location on a rough corner and parking that can get crowded. When I mentioned someone homeless was camping near the smoking area, the front desk guy didn't seem very concerned. I also found the pool extremely cold despite being described as heated, and the shower by the pool was cold too.
