Our train was cancelled and rebooked three days later, but the hotel kindly adjusted our original booking dates. Aubrie was incredibly kind and helpful when we arrived, and they also let us into our room early, which was a relief after travelling. The room was spacious, very clean, and stocked with thoughtful extras like makeup wipes, shower caps, and other toiletries. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the train station. Breakfast is complimentary, with waffles, toast, yogurt, fruit, and other simple choices. They also put cookies and muffins out in the lobby during the day. There's a small gift shop with cute items too. We really loved our stay at Polar Inn & Suites and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Churchill.

We stayed at Polar Inn last October for a week, and it truly felt like home away from home. The location is superb and made it easy to get around. Our room was comfortable, very clean, and the place had everything we needed. The staff were extremely helpful throughout. Aubrie was especially kind, supportive, and easy to deal with. We feel lucky we found this gem and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Churchill.

We had a lovely stay at this quaint Churchill hotel in October 2025. From our room near the side entrance, we could head straight to nearby restaurants, and Via Rail was within walking distance. The staff were welcoming, engaging, and knowledgeable. The hotel was clean, and breakfast was a great choice.

At the Polar Inn in February 2026, we felt like the staff really wanted us to have the best time they could help make happen. They did everything in their power to make that experience special. We left delighted, with nothing negative to say and plenty of thanks.

I loved the room, especially the comfortable bed and pillows and the big mini fridge. The freezer was large enough to freeze water bottles. Breakfast was complimentary and had so much to choose from: hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, peaches in syrup, apples, oranges, oatmeal, toast, bagels, and a waffle maker. They even had oat milk for people who are lactose intolerant. For the four nights I stayed, housekeeping did a great job cleaning my room every day. I was in Churchill for beluga whale tours, and staff were always on time to take me to the boarding dock and bring me back. The location is handy too, right next to Northern grocery store. When I arrived, Luke was waiting at the train station with a POLAR INN sign, even though the train was an hour early. They let me check into my room at 8:30 AM, before the regular check-in time, and invited me to have breakfast. AWESOME place to stay. I’ll definitely stay here next time I’m in Churchill.
